Immediate opening: decorator (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a decorator in Washington County, Iowa. You will work at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Full-time, day shift.
