On a typical shift you will replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends; carry out suspension and steering repairs; diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear; service and replace timing belts and chains; check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid.
