The role involves: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
