Dish pit attendant — York County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in York County, Maine. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience.
