Shuttering charge hand wanted in North Ayrshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in North Ayrshire, Scotland. You will be based on a residential tower site. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules On a typical shift you will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £2,100 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
