Halal butcher wanted in Putnam County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Putnam County, West Virginia. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
