Earthmoving equipment operator • Malam Maduri, Jigawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Malam Maduri, Jigawa State. You will work on a housing development site. On a typical shift you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs 6+ years on the tools preferred.
