Powder coating sprayer • Oliver County, North Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Oliver County, North Dakota. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
