We are recruiting: split AC fitter (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Brunswick County, North Carolina. You will work on new-build apartment projects. Day-to-day duties: • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges You should have: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Part-time with flexible hours. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
