Lift maintenance fitter — Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Grant County, North Dakota. The job is in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Day to day you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy.
