Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Pierce County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Pierce County, Washington. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres The role involves insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
