Framing carpenter • Grant County, New Mexico

Great opportunity: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Grant County, New Mexico. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Your main tasks: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
