Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages 2+ years on the tools preferred.
