Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
