Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Hamilton County, Indiana. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints.
