Dishwashing attendant • Glasgow City, Scotland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Glasgow City, Scotland. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. £1,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
