The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
