Tandoor cook — Indian River County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Indian River County, Florida. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time with occasional weekends.
