Production operative • Saint Croix County, Wisconsin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
