Immediate opening: CO2 welder (Tennessee)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Marshall County, Tennessee. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
