Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
