Rigger wanted in Polk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Polk County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
