You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Six days a week, one day off.
