Domestic gas engineer • Jackson County, Ohio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Jackson County, Ohio. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day to day you will install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
