Vacancy available: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Nemaha County, Kansas. You should have: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers The role involves: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds 4+ years on the tools preferred.
