Meat cutter wanted in Moody County

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Moody County, South Dakota. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
