Immediate opening: metal roofing fitter (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Indian River County, Florida. Day to day you will carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; insulate and ventilate the roof void; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
