Now hiring: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Your main tasks: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame Full-time, day shift. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
