Great opportunity: site safety steward (Rivers State)

Join our team: we are hiring a site safety steward in Omumma, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills On a typical shift you will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
