Join our team: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Spencer County, Kentucky. You will be based in a refrigerated transport fleet. Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing The role involves: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels 6+ years on the tools preferred.
