Day to day you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
