Hoist operator — Wythe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hoist operator in Wythe County, Virginia. The role involves keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity. You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
