Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
