Garment machinist wanted in Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment machinist in Jefferson County, Tennessee. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. On the job you will handle: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
