Gas pipeline fitter — Stearns County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Stearns County, Minnesota. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. The role involves install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Able to read isometric and site drawings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
