Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
