Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Waushara County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Rotating shifts.
