Line cook wanted in Dallas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Dallas County, Missouri. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
