We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Ido-Osi, Ekiti State. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
