Back-of-house cleaner — Beaufort County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Beaufort County, North Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
