Crane rigger wanted in City of Bristol

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in City of Bristol, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
