The role involves check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch. You should have: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
