Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Lewis and Clark County, Montana. The job is at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
