We are recruiting: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The job is in an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise The role involves: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
