Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Norman County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
