Stainless steel welder wanted in Lowndes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lowndes County, Mississippi. The role involves inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
