Tile setter • Richmond County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile setter in Richmond County, New York. You will be based on a new-build housing development. Day to day you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
