We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Randolph County, Alabama. The role involves maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Rotating shifts.
