Captain waiter — Uruan

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
