Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Greene County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a paint and panel shop. Day to day you will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
